Having the right system to get their food to them within day, no to mention to find out if there is a problem with any of the food. This can help if a problem arises with any of their food, and the problem can me contained.
When you have this many locations, finding employees, and the right employees is vital. Then creating a culture where people can be thrive as well as be excited about their work. Otherwise there will be problems with having good customer service.
Adding locations can be a huge challenge. This also brought Dan and Marley into new rolls in their company. Holding employees accountable is key.
